Ria is a startup enthusiast, a community connector, and a catalyst in the women and tech space. She holds a degree in BS Psychology, AB Guidance & Counseling, Master of Women and Development, and Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Major in Design and IT.
With a career that spans across corporate, academia, nonprofits, and consultancy, she is mainly engaged in business development and partnerships, gender and international development work, digital media and communications, stakeholder management, community engagement, and innovation strategies.
A T-shaped professional involved in global women's initiatives, she joins other do-gooders for transformative change through the intersections of feminism, design, tech, and sustainability.
Into many creative pursuits and continuous self-development, she is also a Red Cross Psychological First Aider and Mental Health First Aid Australia certified, carbon literate certified, a Lego Serious Play facilitator, and a street artist with an augmented reality art that sits across a busy intersection at Brisbane’s cultural precinct.
